Bikaneri Roz Ka Khana started with a simple idea: the kind of thali you'd get at home, made available to anyone who doesn't have the time to cook it themselves that day.

Every order is cooked fresh in Girgaon and sent out in two windows — lunch and dinner — so what reaches you was made that same morning or evening, not the day before.
